Once the order is received, your file will go through a review process to ensure that it is good to print. If there is a issue an agent will contact you indicating the issue and how you would like to proceed.

If the design file is all good, you will receive an email with a link to an online proof. You have one hour to review this proof and approve or make changes. If no action is taken, it will automatically enter production to avoid unnecessary delays.
