Unfortunately, Willowpack only accepts print-ready PDF files for production. This ensures that your artwork meets the necessary standards for size, resolution, color setup, and bleed.

If your file is currently in JPG, PNG, or another format, you have two options:

Use Design Software – You can open your file in a program like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva and export it as a PDF (preferably PDF/X-1a or PDF Print).

Hire a Designer – If you’re not comfortable preparing the file yourself, we recommend working with a professional graphic designer who can set it up properly for print.
